- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tbsp freshly crushed ginger garlic 🧄

- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder (or adjust)
- 2 tbsp crushed coriander
- 1 tbsp black cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3-4 cloves
- 2 big cardamoms
- 1 piece cinnamon

- In a pressure cooker, add oil and onions and fry them till they turn light brown. Then add the chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Now add the meat and spices, sauté for 2 mins, then add 2 1/2 glass water and pressure cook for 12 mins.
- On the other hand, lightly fry the onions, then add the bitter gourd(I had frozen them before hand) and let the bitter gourd fry on medium flame till they turn light brown. Squeeze lemon juice on it.
- Open the pressure and cook on high flame till all the water dries and oil comes out.
- Then add the cooked meat along with it's gravy. Add the chopped tomatoes. Mix well and cook on low flame for 5 mins. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
- Serve with plain yogurt and ghar ki roti and enjoy. 😋
