  10. 5 Green chillies
  11. half bunch Green coriander
  12. For tarka:
  13. half cup Oil
  14. 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  15. For zeery Waly rice:
  16. 2 cups Rice soaked
  17. half cup Oil
  18. 3 Onion sliced
  19. 1 tsp Zeera
  20. Salt to taste
  21. 3 tbsp Yogurt

Instructions to make to make Dal chawal 😍😋

  1. For Dal: Boil 2 cup water and add all spices with Dal
  2. Now cook it on medium flame until Dal gets soft
  3. Now make puree of tomatoes and add in dal
  4. Now add green chillies and this puree into Dal and again Cook
  5. When Dal gets thick and soft and come up in a nice texture just give it a sizzling garlic trka
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander
  7. For rice:
    Saute onions in oil and zeera, black pepper and salt
  8. Then add in yogurt and water
  9. Let it boil and then add soaked rice
  10. Let it cook for a while until water gets dry.then cover for few mins on low flame...
