- Prepare lemon glaze, by mixing a half cup of sugar powder with 2tbsp of lemon juice, mix thoroughly till sugar gets dissolved.
- When the cake is done, take it out and let it cool, now drizzle the lemon glaze on top of the cake, refrigerate it for 15 minutes for the glaze to set.
