  4. 4 tbsp ghee or as needed

  15. 1 tsp green chillies, ginger and garlic paste
  16. 1/2 tsp hing

  1. For Bati : In a plate combined wheat flour, semolina and ghee mixed..............properly then add water as needed and make a semi stiff dough. Once it is done.
  2. From the dough make a small ball and repeat the same procedure and you can make 4 small balls also. Cover and keep aside for 3 minutes. Preheat Air 170 degree C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes take out basket fro Air Fryer. Brush oil in the basker and arrange the bati. Don't over crowd other wise the bati will break. Insert the basket in the Air Fryer and Bake for 200 degree C for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes check in between. Once it is done take out bati and transfer to a plate. The Bati is ready
  4. How to make dal

    First wash dal twice and drain the water. Boil dal in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles. Once it is done. Switch off the flame. Cool it and take out the lid. Transfer the dal to a bowl.
  5. In the same cooker add 1 tsp oil or ghee. Add cumin seeds and dry red chilli let it crackle for few minutes then add chopped onion fry tor few minutes. Next add chopped tomato add little salt so that the onion and tomato will cooked fast. Then add all the dry masala, 1 tsp paste mix well.
  6. Add water as needed boiled the dal in a slow flame. Add little salt. Before also we have added salt.
    Boiled the dal till it cooked well.
  7. At last add ghee, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Cover it and switch off the flame. So hat the flavour of ghee, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves flavour will be there in the dal.
  8. Dal is now ready.
